Hey, how long does an account have to be inactive for the birthday access on the login screen to take place?

    hey

Can you really just let accounts age without ever touching them?
I always thought that accounts would be shutdown for inactivity or your pets would be pounded because of neglect.

    Neopets never deletes old accounts.

Even frozen accounts are technically still there.

They should delete some so we can create a better name.

    I said technically.

And it depends on the situation. Some accounts have their items stripped after freezing, and some don't. Evident by the fact that some users who do get their accounts back come back to an empty account, while others don't.

TNT has no pattern here... They just seem to do it based on circumstance.

Probably TNT deletes items when an account is frozen for ABing, and not when it is frozen for "you have been SCAMMED"!!!
