Blackmarket help

Can someone pls explain how I can buy neopoints or whatever at the blackmarket? Noob alert

 

With real money, or something else if you can reach a compromise. By something else i mean gift cards, other game currencies etc.

You transfer the money via paypal most of the time.

You can put money in it by adding a bank account or credit card, then you can transfer money straight off the credit card or out of the bank account to a person. Im pretty sure theres no other ways to get money on it, apart from having people send you money
