I bought 500 forum points (25 GBP) so that I could get Acheteur Ultime 4.5. Much to my surprise, when I went to buy the program, it tells me that I don't have enough points. I did use the links "Purchase Now," and saw that I needed point, so I went to lwdonate.php and clicked through to purchase points and I also clicked "Return to Merchant" like I was instructed. I have definately been charged for these points, as it has been deducted from my bank balance. However, there are NO points available. Please help?! Maggie
Hello, did you input your username when donating on the paypal screen? I presume this is the problem, however if you can post your paypal auth ID then when an admin logs on he can check that the transaction has gone through and credit you with your points It'll be resolved in a few hours I presume when ricky signs online. Yeh that is what is needed Once an admin comes online he will credit your balance with 500 points. <3 Infact I'll spam him on MSN now for you
Credited Thank you for donating! Also, I have modified my PayPal settings so that every other future donation in GBP will be automatically converted to USD (The problem was in my PayPal account).
