Buying Neocash through Paypal - Are gift boxes given out?

    Gift Boxes are given out when Neocash Cards are redeemed. But are they given out if Neocash is bought through Paypal?

    I'm asking this because I want to buy this particular item for my main, and I want to use the Neocash on my side(s) because I don't want to waste them. However, the amount of Neocash on each of my sides is less than the price of the item, so I was thinking of buying Neocash for my sides, then gifting the item to my main via gift boxes.

    But Neocash Cards aren't sold where I live, so I was wondering if they're given out if Neocash is purchased through Paypal. Any idea if they are?
