Buying/Selling outside of the Blackmarket

    Are we allowed to buy/sell NP for other game currencies outside of the blackmarket? I'm thinking of selling MapleStory mesos, but I want to be able to reach a broader audience.

    Ud be able to sell to lvl1 maplestory people.
    Other than that no, the rules are there for a reason.

    Although theres nothing stopping you finding a buyer via MSN/AIM profiles (A)
