CAn I do anything about this?

I was just frozen.. AGAIN. I don't access my account from multiple ip's, don't cheat in any way shape OR form, I don't break any terms. They still freeze me for "Scamming"

wtf? -.-

 

Well, you can always appeal. But the fundamental flaw of TNT's anti-cheat system is that they assume guilty unless proven innocent .

Your best bet is to not get in touch with anybody -- stay off the boards, guilds, etc.. It sucks, but we can be your Neo related community .

And if that doesn't work, move on to a different game xD.

 

Start rebuilding. :/

The same thing just happened to me. If you try to appeal to them...

Then I emailed them asking what evidence in their records here was that they were freezing me for, and a month later they haven't replied.

 

if you truly were completely legit, like didn't do anything at all against the rules, then try using the Better Business Bureau, which usually tends to get more of a response from TNT because it is going after the company itself and it's reputation, so you can try that... there's a guide around here somewhere but i'm too lazy to go searching for it xD

 

If you were frozen for cheating, but were in fact legit, you could make it a legal case, but unfortunately, you can rarely get back accounts that "scammed". I suggest you start rebuilding.

This was the "legal issue" i was talking about. Unfortunately, you don't get many results when your account was frozen for scamming.

The labbb was my brain child , people are advising you to fill out a form via LABBB because its the best chance of getting legit accounts back.

 

Hmm, do you think it's worth a shot trying to get my old main back, then? :/

I was frozen back on May 15th ish for scamming, which I know I never did. I never used any programs on my main, either, besides Igloo and kad feeding.

I never bought any NC, but I did redeem old virtual prize codes and had Premium, though I was still in the midst of the trial period when I was frozen...is it worth a shot?

Do any of your brothers or sisters or something play? Once my sister got frozen for scamming and they chain froze all of our accounts on the same router. So that's my idea.
