One specific thing is this 2 boxes pop up and they say "Error loading w0a7ab18.dll The specific module could not be found" any ideas? Anyone know anything to help me out?

Only thing id suggest is running in safe mode.
    Go to Run
    type in "msconfig"

Delete anything that shouldnt load up normally.
    Load windows normally
    Run all virus/spyware checks etc
    Delete anything that looks inappropiate.

    (Assuming your on windows Xp)

Thats only thing I can think of sorry.

    OR

Once it loads up normally if possible, try a system restore to about 2weeks ago.

lolneofriend, this is a windows message/alert made by the system, not by the internet, and the guy who posted the stuff about running is safe mode is the only thing I can think of too.
