I've been wondering, when can you create tonus through the Create a Neopet! feature. I know on their specified day, but my friend said that you could also create them when the giant omelette is all gone. Is this true? :|

You can create Tonus all day long on Tonu Day, which is February 21st each year. Neopets actually releases them every day at around 12 AM NST, but only 50-500 are released at a time. You can get them from the Lab Ray, Morphing Potions, FFQs, etc. but any of those ways are usually much more expensive.
