    And he is absolutely NOT getting another chance.

    He ruined his chance to be here once, he was given a second chance, and carelessly broke the same rules the second time. So now he is permanently gone -- and quite frankly, I could care less about him not being around. With all his lying, cheating...

    It's not that all Level 2's or 3's are getting banned...

    It's just "no one is exemt from the rules of this forum"

    Most people respect the rules and contribute to Neofriends... and occassionally, there's one person that tries to stretch the rules.
