Decided to come back to neopets after awhile and...

    Someone took my account is using it as their main....
    its a 10 year old account
    any advice on getting it back?

    Thats the best you can hope for. Although, you could try creating a newbie account and neomailing the account and tell them that you want it back and are going to submit a ticket. Give them the option to return it and they can keep their own stuff and whatnot.

    If they are using it as their main they will not want to lose their stuff and may return it. Chances are they won't though.
