All you need is to log onto the account with the file you want to hide. Yes, I know there are other guides on this, but they are different. This hides the files from all other accounts except when you are on yours, even Admins!!

    Actual Guide

Usually, you would want to hide your Documents folder, but just pick out what you want to hide from the others. Then, right click on it.

    Click on the "Sharing" tab.

    It should look like this...

Check the box "Make This Folder Private".

    Conclusion

When you hide your "Documents", other accounts cannot access any of your private stuff. Usually, there will be a folder for each account (C: Drive, Users) in this format:

    Code (Text):
    1. Windows Account Name's Documents

But now, there will be nothing there! Enjoy your privacy! And, unlike hiding your folder, you make it private so only your account can access it.
