Well, most people say, when TNT IP Bans you, when you go to sign-up page, it redirects you. I cant even get to neopets now. The page doesnt load or anything. When I use a proxy site though, it works fine. Is this a different way TNT is IP Banning People?

That's kind of stupid..to be honest...I doubt they'll make some people IP banned from the whole site, while a selected others can't sign up. They are probably implementing this on every one now.

Do you have any idea how you got caught? :/

well, i kind of just HAVE one, and it changes itself sometimes. You CAN call your modem company, and ask them to change your IP.
