Do I get a refund if i BUY a program and it doesn't work?

    If the program really doesn't work, I'm sure you will get your points back. As for the real money, I'm not sure. Have you tried contacting the authour of the program? Most of the time they'll help you through it, and they can give you some tips to why it doesn't work :3
