I think that yoga is probably really good for people and keeps them fit and calms them. So yes I think that yoga works.

Yes, Yoga is very effective for me and i am do three days in a week. It is depend on person that how you are doing yoga. Always take deep breath as much as possible when you are doing yoga and focus only on your breathing. Peaceful place is necessary for this. Avoid eating before doing yoga.

For flexibility and center core strength yes. For a peace of mind and deep relaxation, I would say depends on how serious you are at the sport ;)

Stretching is very good for you (works everything out if you do it right.)
For me, yoga is a good aerobic pre-post workout regime.

Yes, Yoga does work. If you don't believe that it does, I dare you to try the P90X Yoga workout. I dare you.

Also, why the hell did nobody report this thread? Moved to a more appropriate board...

    Work for what?
Yoga helps diminish symptoms of depression, and I'm currently participating in a study to see if it helps with social phobia lmao.

Helps relax your mind and body, strengthen, other stuff too idk.

    So yea it's cool

I like yoga for fitness, but I personally don't have the mental patience to practice it. I get bored in poses. I would much rather do something fast paced.

Just by looking at it, it looks like it doesn't work. However, I've heard of a lot of people say it works so I'm going to go with "Yes, it works".
