I hardly even play games, this was the account I used to transfer my neopoints in savings. There is no way I could have been cheating, all I do is transfer neopoints to this account for savings. TNT, please review this case... Account Verification - Neofriends: Trades or Auctions: Birthdate: - - Other Emails: Neomails: Stocks: Items: Equipped Items: Created Pets: Disowned Pets: Warnings: Rare Item Code Prizes: Other Verification Info: Why would I even heat on a flash game? I have all the neopoints I need. I dont see any reason I was frozen. You always freeze the wrong people, TNT, you never catch people that use programs, and when you do, they always create a new account. You got the WRONG Person!! Think they MIGHT unfreeze me? It was a Legit Account That I Transered my legit neopoints to :arf:
Theres a good chance they will unfreeze you, if they are verifying that it is your account then they must be going to unfreeze you. Otherwise they would just send an email saying you've violated terms and conditions etc and the account will not be returned
Dang, I had her. She froze me before for sending legit NPs to an account I had just opened. Spoiler quote: Thanks for writing in. Your account has been frozen for attempting to, or actually buying or selling neopoints. As it clearly states in the first lines of the Terms and Conditions (http://www.neopets.com/terms.phtml): "The accounts, activities, items, neopoints, characters, locations, faeries, games and pets are for you to play with while on the site. Except as permitted by the functionality of this site, you can't sell them (for money or Neopoints), give them to anyone, trade them for anything (including Neopoints), or pretend you made them." By purchasing neopoints, people wind up supporting scammers (who are responsible for the vast majority of attempted sales). The neopoints purchased then wind up being from any number of children's stolen accounts. This is why we do not return any accounts frozen for purchasing or selling neopoints. Emily T. emily@support.neopets.com I responded to that and got... nothin'. Not even an automated reply. You lucky person.
I doubt they will, they usually ALWAYS ask you to verify your account if you weren't frozen for auto buying. Worth a shot though, good luck.
I dont know ... TNT is really a buzz kill now. I had a couple accounts frozen where i was transferring legit np's (just like you were)and got no reply. I wouldn't expect to hear back from them. :nope:
Hope She Does. She sent my brother an email saying He needs to Verify some stuff or somethin :/ She seems like the only one who doesnt send automated replies though.
XD I think you have a chnage at being unfrozen. That last section sounds accusatory. Haha~ Just keep trying. TNT has given accounts back before.
It has happened yes but out of hundreds of frozen accounts i have only got eight unfrozen. So good luck. :yup:
Good luck, Any updates? Did you send them all your info? Because the only time I did it, I sent them a bunch of info and it still didn't work, so don't be too hopeful
Heidi is a lover of automated messages. Usually when you get an automated message, that pretty much indicates that you should submit a new form instead of trying to reply and wait for an actual human to talk to you about it. Then again I got the exact same automated message from Heidi too so i'm guessing they're not too keen on helping people. There IS a chance, I suppose. But I mean they can dig as deep as what accounts you go on from your IP in general. So if they find you cheating at all, on another account, it doesn't matter what account of yours is unlegit, all that matters is you are all the same person so they pretty much have the death sentence on you. Did you just leave the form blank because you didn't want us to see? Or is it because you actually left half the fields blank? You should provide any crap you can put on there, even if it's stuff like "None" or "Don't remember"
