Does anyone recall from the really old neopets that you were indeed able to change your birthday on accounts? Honestly that birthday crap is getting in my way of getting back some good accounts that I BS'd everything on because I was underaged. People have been telling me that it's always been fixed and you were never able to change it. Does TNT really expect us to remember stuff years later? Honestly...I don't even remember my past active emails anymore >_>
They assume people would put a real birthday there, so there's not an issue of you having to forget it. And since you're born only once, the birthdate can change. They would see few to no reasons to allow the chance to change it.
I actually think years ago you could change your bday. I thought i changed some of mine but i honestly cant remember anymore. Ive been told if you email Tnt about it and explain that you were young at the time and wanted the full advantage of neo so you put in a false bday and now would like to see how much it has changed if they could give you the bday or change it to a date you gave them that they might do it.
Yes this is EXACTLY what I remembered. Asphodan, i've talked about this with you and the reason I believe what you said to be untrue is because I am almost sure i've changed my birthdays from before. I have emailed them several times. Each time it takes almost about 2-3 weeks to reply, and when they DO it's an automated message saying crap like "omfg you sound so dumb so we're guna tell you the reason we're asking for you birthday is cuz you haven't logged in for a long time!!!1!1!11/1/1/" I provided every proof I can possibly provide to be honest. I don't even remember the trades and crap. That was more than a year ago when I remember the birthday, and then I remember, I REMEMBER I then changed the birthday to that account. But the reason I am thinking they are not giving it back is because I have a coconut jub transfered into that account from my old main. I am losing hope just due to the fact they won't even bother looking into my case because it's probably "not worthy" or "suspicious" to them whether I am the owner or not.
