    The payment is based on ranks. There are five ranks, when you first start your the "Silver" rank. When your downloads go up, your rank increases also. Here's the payment chart (You get paid for every 1000 downloads).

    Account Type â–£ 5MB â–£ 15MB â–£ 100-400MB
    Copper â–£ $2 â–£ $3 â–£ $4
    Bronze â–£ $3 â–£ $5 â–£ $7
    Silver â–£ $5 â–£ $7 â–£ $10
    Gold â–£ $6 â–£ $9 â–£ $12
    Platinum â–£ $7 â–£ $10 â–£ $15


    1. Register a account at Hotfile (Id appreciate if you'd use that link since it's a referral link).

    2. Upload stuff (Porn's the easiest to make money off lol ;))

    3. Advertise your links around the place (I advertise my score sender on Youtube, around 1000 downloads a week).​

    Well obviously platinum xD
    But you don't get to choose you account types.
    There's this status bar on your account page where it says how much more downlaods you need to get to the next leve.

    looks like an easy enough program to abuse. just use proxys and download my own files over and over.

    I believe they sell a premium program, where users can download files without restrictions, whereas free users are only allowed to download X files, and Y GB, within Z days (I'm not sure of the specifics).

    That's why they pay more for popular and larger files -- that encourages users to buy premium.

    Well, it depends. Do you have files that are worth downloading, and are willing to advertise them? It seems like a good replacement for anything that you were planning on giving away for free, because it saves on bandwidth and earns you money at the same time.
