Error creating accounts

Usernames are all free. When I go to put in email address I get an error.
"Oops error has occurred please try again later"
I've tried proxies, different emails, different UN's, browsers and clearing cookies.
Any ideas what this could be? Made an account no problems yesterday.

 

Are you using a program to do it? If not what browser are you using, try switching to a different browser and making the account.

 

Yeah that seems to happen from time to time for me too.

 

Not using a program.
Used 4 different browsers.

Seems to be working fine again today.
Only made 1 account so far though no issues in doing so.
