It's on the home page (the board index), in the upper right hand corner. I use it a lot when my Igloo AB'er gets something that sounds exciting and want to check how much it's worth (You can't visit Neopets while an AB'er is running ). Also, the quest part of the Neoboards would probably be a better place to look for help (you're only allowed to use the SW lookup 3x per day), it's usually pretty fast and friendly.
