I didn't even know pokemon was still screening on the television until I went to my friends house at 7am in the morning and yeh. XD I watched yu-gi-oh in like..grade 5? xD That was..interesting. Well, I did wake up at 7 and I had 1 hour before I had to start to get ready for school..so there wasn't really anything else to do.
I get sad every time I see someone say the new pokemon ruined the series. I think the constant additions is my favourite part. that and Dawn, so the show has gotten immensely better in my eyes which I suppose I've said before. I'm curious though, what is it about the new pokemon that everyone dislikes so much?

Haha, I bet if I search really hard then Pokemon is bound to be one of those "morning cartoon shows in my country". And Yu-Gi-Oh was awesome! I'd come home after school everyday and watch that. xD I even bought the cards .////////. Hamtaro was my morning show back in the good ol' days. As for Pokemon, I guess the new gen of Pokemon aren't as well known compared to years ago when it was at its peak of popularity. I just can't be bothered remembering/finding out/watching the new series to learn all their names and etc. But I suppose it'll happen naturally once I get my hands on the new DS games (hohoho, I can't wait). And Crayon Shin Chan is hilarious, I need to watch it properly because I only played the game of it. ^^;;
Aahahh, I love Pokemon Platinum. 8D finished it completely.<3 But yeh, yugioh was cool ish.. o.o I had like 3 cards. xD (Since I didn't buy them), for some reason, I found them on the streets and was like 'ZOMG A CARD" and went to pick it up. :L Ahaha yeh, fail. o.o
So jealous >////< I can't wait to get a DS, I only want it to play Pokemon. xD I had a full deck for Yu-Gi-Oh, actually I think I had over 150 cards. ^^;; And another fav anime of mine I forgot to mention, Shugo Chara! It's really similar to Cardcaptor Sakura and Sailor Moon.
While we are here, any recommendations? I like gory stuff or alot of action. One I just remembered that I loved but have not read for some time..Gantz. Epic stuff.
Agreed on both of those being gory. However, if youre looking for action gore, Elfen Lied doesn't really fit. (It's still a good anime worth watching though, i liked it a lot.)
Pokemon/Sailor Moon were the very first I got into ages ago. Then a bunch followed not too long afterwards. Inuyasha Rurouni Kenshin Fushigi Yugi Fruits Basket .hack// Mamotte Shugogetten Negima These were probably my favorite of all of the ones that I have read/watched.
Oh and Cowboy Bebop is definitely one of the best. Don't think i mentioned that yet. Especially when you realize every episode is coordinated to famous jazz song.
Haha, I've still yet to see Cowboy Bebop, but I've downloaded the whole series onto my computer. It's just a matter of finding time to watch it now. xD
hmm, pokemon was the first anime i had ever watched. then it became: Naruto Naruto Shippuden Bleach Inu Yasha Death Note Pokemon Bakugan Battle Brawlers and thats it lol
