i read on yahoo news that harry potter and the deathly hollows is going to broken up into 2 sepreate movies the first one coming out in november 2010 and the second in May 2011....they say the reason they are doing this is because they want to make it precicly like the book which i think is great but I'm going to hate the "to be continued" part of the movie. Im Hoping it'll be great because im a huge Harry Potter fan link http://movies.yahoo.com/mv/news/ap/2008 ... 60000.html -softball
I hated the fourth and fifth movie. They were really bad, especially compared to the success of the books. They were way to choppy and lacked the character development that was evident the first three movies. So, I'm all for splitting the last movie up in order to preserve the quality shown in the book.
i think the wait will be worth it tho... the last movie bored me a bit and even tho i had read the book i found myself getting lost bcuz of how much they skipped
haha your not they only one i was soooo...confused haha the ive never read the books but love the movies -softball
the last book sucks, it ruined the whole series, stupid ending, ARGH i hate jk rowling, what a fkin waste.
yeah i only read the last part where it said like ten years later or something i thought that part was pretty good but then again i didnt read the whole book -softball
I thought the last book was very well written. I liked it, alot actually, the ending was expected but other than that very goood book
I mean I'm happy it's going to have everything in the movie to not leave a stone unturned, but the time between the movies is the part i don't like. I mean I rather have an intermission or like a double feature. I won't complain that much b/c I'm to much of a fan to really hate their decision. ~Dirt
i just thought that the huge buildup would blow up in the last book and something exciting would happen. But it was so mellow, and like ordinary, and i felt so cheated
I actually quite liked the last book. But I don't like it how it has an open ending, with the kids. That's just 100% sure to be used to make someone money again.
yeah i think warner bros. is going to use the build-up till the second part to their advantage people will be wanting more and more -softball
I don't really like the last book. In my opinion it would've been a lot better if Harry had died in battle against voldemort. But I like the search and the action in general
really i didnt read the book or anything but i think it would have been devestating if harry died! -softball
Devastating for who? Kids? I don't really think so, the last book was sure not made for kids. My 12 years old cousin slept a hole month with the lights on after that book. It was not really scary or something but kids are easy to scare.
ha really my sister started reading those books since she was in 3rd grade and has never been scared...(shes 15 now) -softball
