Sounds good to me :) but i wanted to be a junior programmer in a couple of months :(
Could you add some sort of apprentice idea if any programmers want to do it?

Programmers have now become an actual rank with powers. It can only be earned by people who know how to program well (demonstrated by submitting several good programs). These should be people who are able to create programs on their own without too much trouble.

So essentially you can ask any one of these programmer people for help when you need it. Programming isn't something that you can mentor someone through. Its learned by picking up a book and through experience. When you get into some trouble, look for the answer yourself before asking for help. Then if you can't find the answer, ask.

There's not going to be an award just for people that are learning though. Awards are to show achievement, not progress. k? :)
