    I think it is actually a glitch that is allowing non elite users to have access to this goodie bag...I have not been able to see it but there are several boards about it on Neo...TNT will prolly take it back from all users that were not supposed to get it

    Yea I looked for it too and the elite one isn't showing up for me so it's not something that all members can see :(

    The elite shop is accessible to all users that have an account over 4 years old
    it has NC stuff that is not available to other users

    There is if you have access to it - on the very far right of the main screen at the NC Mall there is a round circle with a star in it - if you see it click it and you will get into the elite shop. if you don't see it, you don't have access :)

    Ya my account is 5 years. I can get to the elite shop but when I try to collect the Elite NC Mall Third Birthday Goodie Bag it says they can't validate this promo....

    yeah there is still a glitch there - some people on the Neo boards said they could get it eventually after refreshing but I didn't get it yet and I've been refreshing for quite a bit lol

    I went on an account that has access to the Elite Boutique and every time I try to claim the goodie bag it gives me an error saying that it can't process the promotion or something along those lines.... anyone know why?
