    Just keep it in a gallery or something since it looks nice :)

    There have been some glitches. The stock has not been appearing sometimes, and you shouldn't have to refresh to find it, like the free halloween NC items.
    Just wait for TNT to fix it.

    it seems like been "sold out" or something

    It's not only for US. Although it was meant to show up for everybody straight away, it seems like you have to refresh it. I had to refresh a few times before the stocking appeared for me.

    The stocking appeared immediately for me. Since you can't sell this stuff for NP, you may aswell use the junk on your pet.
