I'm assuming that "restock" could be referring to how many times he can refresh in the main shops? If so, once again, it's very subjective.. Let's assume that we are doing it legit.. Probably once in ever 10 seconds would be good.. I personally refresh every 30 seconds on each shop(I open three tabs by the way) and 90% of the time, I don't miss a restock.. Of course, by restocking legit, there are times where you'll miss a restock unless you're refreshing every two seconds which will most likely get you banned from refreshing too much in the main shop.. Remember, times are COMPLETELY random now.. I doubt that, to a certain extend, they refresh on the dot of a minute anymore..

    frozen

I guess that the neopets moderators just check the number of refreshings youve done. Maybe they have programs for it like we have programs to cheat lol

if you refresh too much, obv youll get iced. however, some legit rsers get frozen for a short time so i think its about 1nce every 3-4 secs is about how fast you go if you want to get frozen. i do it every 6, havnt been caught out...yet
