    Dear -------:

I am in receipt of your support emails and have listened to your
voicemail. I will explain why your account was frozen.

    (1) Originally your account was frozen because of a number of
suspicious purchases from the shop of reigndeerz. This was suspicious
because of the low prices of the items and the fact the reigndeerz shop
apparently was restocked after you purchased each item. However, your
account was unfrozen after a cursory review of the transactions.
    (2) Subsequently, we started to review the account of a verified
Neopoint selling account (amer900000). This account gave you 6 Baby
    Paint Brushes.
    (3) We also s
Person(3) We also started to review another Neopoint selling account
(nytocali69). This account gave you a Royal Paint Brush.
    (4) Remarkably, the nytocali69 account was managed by the same person
who managed the reigndeerz account (both possibly scammed).
    (5) You also received almost 300,000 Neopoints in a trade with
dappleshark for a Dandelion and Burdock Drink. The Dappleshark account
    has been frozen for scamming.
You also received three valuable items in trades with stircrazy69
for a Reject Curly Shaped Sand. The stircrazy69 account was frozen for
    Neopoint selling.
    (7) Remarkably, the stircrazy69, nytocali69 and reigndeerz accounts are
all on the same IP address.

: (7) Remarkably, the stircrazy69, nytocali69 and reigndeerz accounts are
all on the same IP address.

I hope you can understand now why your account is now frozen.
Obviously, receiving two valuable items from two different and verified
neopoint selling/scammed accounts is highly suspicious. When you add
the fact you received many other valuable items from two additional
scammed accounts that are on the same IP address as one of the Neopoint
selling accounts, the evidence is more than sufficient to freeze your
    account.
    Regards, TNT

Well, I guess the moral of the story would be to make every account on different IP's. Not just different emails.

Maybe to 'impress' someone with their losses? It was a couple mil, and there are many people who will make a fit about a couple mil... so they might be trying to impress someone :funky:

^ If so, how... lame. I'm pretty much unimpressed at that. In fact, assuming that I was really bought over by that mail and believed that it was true, I'd think that the person in question was stupid enough to do illegit things on accounts with the same IP address. Kind of backfired, eh? -.-

I hope it is fake, otherwise I'm going to be even more paranoid XD I've had bad experiences with overly-strict websites. D:
Although since I've managed to stay on neo for 8 months now I think I'll be OK. *prays*

The above was written by someone who is naturally paranoid about EVERYTHING. >__<'
