    Its coming out on August 7.
    I've seen the trailer and I <3d it.
    I've been a fan of GI Joe since I was a kid.
    I hope the movie doesn't disappoint me.

    Anyone else planning to watch it?

    I may watch it. I was never really a fan of G.I. Joe but maybe this will change me :p Looks kinda interesting, I guess.

    Im in the Navy and they're showing a free preview (full movie) at the theatre on base (in Great lakes, IL) tomorrow night. I really wanna see it but Im debating going to see it because I know the lines are going to be super long. Probably have to show up 3+hours early =\

    I probably will wanna see it, I saw the trailers, it was pretty good :)

    It was the first time I heard about G.I. Joe though...

    Yup! Definitely gonna watch it. Hope it's not going to turn out like the mummy though, all the action was basically in the trailer. And no substance imo.

    6th movie? Bleh, you should've known...all the later movies were trash :(

    First 2-3 were ok, but nah 4-6. I'm interested in how bad the 7th movie will be though :D

    That movie looks amazing, I havent had a chance to watch it, I only owned one GI Joe action figure, its a collectible now.

    Okay, I saw the movie. It used probably every action cliche EVER, even some that don't belong to the U.S. action genre. Anyways, I would recommend seeing it.

    The people who created this movie very clearly knew what they were trying to make. Some of the action sequences are just godly. And I'm absolutely sure somebody went through the script and said "you know what? We've got all these ten minute segments where there's no action. We need to put more action scenes in."

    It won't disappoint. Even the villain girl is cute.

    I think hes a god awful actor but he actually redeemed himself in this one he was decently good :p
