just wondering about current gas prices around the states.. they have been steadily rising. about 2.80/gal here.. cost me 40 bucks every week in gas
It's approximately $1.30 per LITRE here. Although, it varies depending on the day of the week, sometimes going down to $1.18, then sometimes up to $1.25 ISH.
It is about $1.01/litre here....we have regulated prices so the gas stations cannot charge more than a certain amount each week
I'm from New Brunswick Canada...it is the lowest it has been in a while...we have not gone too far under a dollar for a year or so
1 US gallon = 3.78541178 litres wow.. you guys are paying way more than me.. now i just feel silly for complaining x_z
lol yea our gas prices may seem bad but compared to the rest of the world... they're not http://money.cnn.com/pf/features/lists/ ... gasprices/ ^^ That'll give you an idea of the comparison.
"All prices updated March, 2005." might be a little outdated as gas prices have gone up and down a lot since then. wow 12 cents in Venezuela.. i could fill up my tank for less than 2 bucks x_z
I knew you'd say something about the date *facepalm* But I looked around and saw other articles where they still say venezuela and some middle east countries have gas as dirt cheap and the UK and such still have it the worst. So even if the prices are a little out dated, it still gives you a good idea of how the world prices match up.
See this is the good part about living in Alberta. Almost most of the country's oil comes from us. We are going at about 94.5 cents per liter and we consider this a little on the expensive end. But not a days we are quite used to it. I remember it being around 40cents a liter back in those days.
not so bad nemore? it's crept up like 50 in the past couple of months.. i think the peak we had was 3.80ish after katrina. I remember when i was little we were driving around and my friends mom filled up the tank for 20 bucks.. which i thought was a crapload at the time.. little did i know.....
I'm from southern ontario. Gas here fluctuates from a .95/litre-1.03/litre. Not too bad, but I remember the days when 0.7/litre was bogusly expensive.
I live in Seattle, Washington and the prices have been getting pretty high lately. They hover around $3.05-$3.10
Cry! Our prices just went up today to $1.05/L I wanna buy a hybrid car more vroom vroom less spend spend on gasssss
*raises hand* Louisville, KY here .. 2.72 a gallon for the cheap stuff i remember when it was 89 cents a gallen back in 1999-2000 in Lake Providence, la
well, in school they said that in the US gas is more expensive because they are running out. i gorgot how much it is in vancouver, but i think its an OKAY price.
Here in Europe they raised the prices too, though they're trying to keep them as low as they can. :tehe:
