So I did some numbers to see about just power leveling to 250. In the long run it would be amazingly cheap for my pet to get all the other skills way up since all the red codestones are going for next to nothing right now. Plus since the war started all the other codestones are about 2/3's their old price. If I went as fast as I could it would take about 100 days which right now is a long time. Anyone think its worth it?
Maybe or maybe not, but it's worth to stock up I think. If they inflate a lot, you will have major profit. If the inflate a little bit, you will have some profit or your training will be less expensive when you are at level 250. If the do not inflate, you can sell them and nothing bad happened. (You should have enough NPs to invest though)
I have bought about 300 of them and if they went back up that would pretty much triple what I have in them. Oh and TNT started handing them out like candy in the battledome so the price dropped hard.
I doubt they will inflate again. When krawk island plot started I stocked up a lot of dubloons (think around 1k) hoping when plot was over the price will rise again. Now dubloons are given out on many dailies and price decrease even more. Think same will happen to codestones, as they will be given out every day at the battledome
The only problem with the red codestones is that there aren't a great deal of people buying/needing them. Only BDers train their pets to the red codestone stage because it does cost a lot when every course costs 8 codestones.
Me and my huge mouth. Did not get any codestone the last few days when battling at the battledome. Maybe they have changed the probabilty of them being given as a prize. Same is happening to me with the new bottled feries (only one on the last 2 days)
detox, all it is is that for the plot, we are fighting in the stone dome, which had the worst drops rates. Once the plot is over, if drops continue to happen from the BD, which i suspect they will, then they will drop at a faster rate
ISn't there a program kicking around that will auto-train your pet? I remmeber seeing it - would be useful for you if you were too lazy or forgot. Plus it knows the time and does it automatically, so you could get more done each day since you don't always have time. I don't know the name though sorry...
