Gimpshop or Gimp?

    I downloaded both stupidly. Is Gimp hard to learn to use, from a PS user? Gimpshop has compatibility problems with Windows apparently.

    why not just use PS?

    well I've heard that gimp is fairly easy to use. Give it a shot, from the screenshots it looks similar to PS.

    Never tried GIMP but you should try PS.
    You came to this community long ago so you must accept that you are a pirate! :p

    i only use gimp, cuz i'm too cheap to buy PS. anyway, its really easy, and if you have any questions i could probably answer them

    I find that gimpshop isn't really that similar to PS, actually. Just go with plain old gimp.

    Gimp is pretty easy to use, I had to learn it 3 years ago in an art class. :/
