The invite codes are pretty rare to find and I think the invites are closed, so even if you get 1 you might not be able to create an account there, but I cant find a whole lot of information about it. You have to find out user that already having one user account in google plus project, so you can get from user creation code from that user or link of creating account, also.
That user has been banned. Next time though, will you please report a post like that instead of replying to it? It makes it much easier for us to spot and take care of quicker! =)
