haha yea i drink milk everyday...my bones are strong and healthy...milk is my favorite thing to do, i also do it to keep my bones healthy and to have less bone injuries. lol i love your signature with the milk gallon hahah LMAO

Yeah I drink milk everyday, in the morning because I normally have no breakfast and after school at 4:30. My parents make me drink it. :x
I drink milk A LOT. Usually 6, or 7 glasses a day. It's been an obsession of mine since I was young..
NEVER drink milk, I take calcium tablets and vitamins every day though. You would be amazed how much better they make you feel

For help with growth you would need protein (meat) more than calcium. Anyway, height has alot to do with genetics, so its kinda random. What calcium helps with is strengthening your bones so they don't break, and preventing osteoporosis (the decrease in bone density) later in life. However, calcium only helps with osteoporosis while your body is still growing (stops around age 23 or something) so passed that point it doesn't help much.

I don't drink milk...it's disgusting. I have these calcium chews and other supplements that I take instead.
I drink milk whenever I eat cereal or sometimes with breakfast. But I don't drink as much as I used to. I also have calcium pills but I'm REALLY bad with pills I can never remember to take them everyday.
