    Somewhere, lah.
So, you want a mass army of 4 month old shells?
Well, here is a guide to help you create that army of yours.
(But it does not fast forward the accounts to 4 months old. You'll have to let time take its toll for that)

    Ok, thing's you'll need.
    A proxy service.
    A disposable email address.
Notepad (or something to record the accounts you've created)
    Time

Now, to save you time finding all those, I will give you the ways to get all these.
    A proxy service, or this
    A disposable email address.

Of course, you can use other proxies/disposable email address services you prefer.
P.S. For the tor-proxy, please uncheck the ""Remove Scripts" and "Remove Objects" checkboxes.

Next, In the proxy service, go to the http://neopets.com/reg
Type the neopets registration url into the proxy.

Once there, fill in the fields of "Username", "Password" and tick the "I accept" check box for the terms and conditions.
    Ok, now open notepad.

Create a formatting like that :
    Code (Text):
    1.
    2. ACCOUNT 1
    3. user: usernamehere
    4. pass: passwordhere
    5. name: sign up person name here
    6. date: dobhere
    7. country: countryhere
    8. pet: petnamehere
    9.
Fill in the user and pass of the account you have just created.
Next, fill in the desired name, date of birth and country.

    P.S.
Make the names for the accounts different. It's easy to think up names, use friends, family, cartoon characters.
Make the Date Of Birth random too, but keep the year born to be older then 18, which is, (1991 and older)
Make the country one that does not have to get you to enter a post code. (Just pick randomly from the list)

After filling in the registration form,
record the corresponding values into notepad.

Go to the next page of registration.
This page will ask you for your email address.
This is where your disposable email address comes in.
Get a disposable email address, and enter it into the form.
After this is done, you should get an email for the activation code in your disposable email inbox.

Proceed back to the neopets registration form, and create a neopet for that account.
Choose some wn pet, avoid similarities between the accounts created.

Record the pet name choice for reference in notepad.

    Proceed with the neopets registration.
Here, they will say your registration is complete and all.

Now, go to the neopets home page in the proxy, and then get the activation code from your disposable email.
Type the activation code into neopets, and
    WOW,
    one account created.

Not as long an amount of time taken to write this guide, this should get you a reasonable number of accounts, created manually, and almost no IP Ban, chain ice or whatever.

    P.S, Don't mess with time, it's a powerful thing

    um.
i think i'm missing something, ahah.
is this just a detailed guide on how to create an account?
bc making an account is pretty self explanatory...
and btw, if you use the same email for two accounts, that's all the connection tnt needs, lol.
but seriously, did i miss something? o:

worst. guide. ever. Seriously, this is ridiculous. I hope no one actually gave you forum cash for this because I'm going to be removing it, as well as scoping out your other "guides".
