Does anybody here run their own guild?

 

Nope, you have to be rich these days to run a guild because most people won't join unless they get free stuff.

 

the guild i run i just give out random codestones and dubloons and map pieces to the active members, and i get almost 200k in donations a month, so im not spending my own money, lol

 

Wow nice, I rarely ever got donations when I ran my own...

 

ol, its mostly these 2 members fighting for top donator. lol

 

Haha that's awesome. But that is true though, in these days, people are joining guilds just to get free items :/

 

yeah, oh well. I make more money than i lose, i love it.

 

I could never see myself running a guild. It seems like it would be unnecessary stress. I was in an 18+ guild that was really active and such before, it was actually kind of fun. But now I'm not really into guilds anymore...hmm.

 

its definitely stressful, but it gives me something to do, lol

 

its difficult to start a guild, i started one and it never grown, as far i know just 1 big guild ...

 

my guild is at 40 members

I once had a guild that had 200+ members, flash layout, flash website and everything, but i got hacked and it died.

 

that sucks o.o

im now in a private guild of 30 members, the page have more than 16k views :k

i have the most unorthodox ways of advertising though, haha.
