GUP

What are people thoughts about this? Personally i dont really care. Its like everyone on the boards say if you adopt it you can do anything to it... For those that dont know what it is GUP is the green uni project. It is where people snipe painted/LE pets from the pound and morph them into green unis because the MPs are cheap

 

Whatever makes people happy I guess. If someone pounds their LE/painted pet then they're pretty much giving up any right to it and they should know that. I personally don't understand why you would want to morph a LE/painted pet but whatever.

 

I think it's funny that they're actually doing it and that people are actually freaking out about it.

Umm because the pets are being morphed into green unis? What if the level is above 2?

 

most painted pets in the pound are lab rats, meaning the level is most likely going to be low

 

I have gotten like 12 labrats from there thinking they were good
Ive seen some people adopt limited edition pets or restricted ones and turn them into a uni I think its really dumb.

 

doing it to limited pets is stupid
doing it to painted pets is decent

when i quit neopets, i fee like making a dozen accounts, adopting 4 pets on all of the accounts and turning them ALL to unis, even if they are normal pets

and then pound them one by one, just to be random :S

I need a life...

 

I think it's kind of good. It makes it harder for people to get LE/painted pets when they haven't worked/cheated/paid for them

I don't understand all of the fuss.. Why should anyone care? They belong to the person who adopts them and therefore it has nothing to do with anyone else. But you know what people are like on the neoboards... Any excuse to make a scene and get into petty arguments with other people...

who started this? theres money to be made by hoarding the potions then selling them if this project actually becomes popular.. lol.

 

i doubt there will be too much inflation on the gu potions though

 

They still RS in magic for 30K

They still sell in shops for 16K

 

they were 10k a few months ago.
