Happy New Year! I don't have any resolutions this year, but I did maintain my last years resolution and lost 20 pounds.
1. to stop procrastinating 2. get fit, I want muscles! I hope I actually follow through with these. I broke all 6 I made in 06. two should be easier to follow through with, right? haha.
I would think so. Advice: work on #1. If you stop procratinating, you are less likely to follow through with #2 .
