Has this ever happened to anybody?

I was trying to log into an old account; I have the password right, and I have the birthday written down next to the account info -- but neopets keeps on saying that I have the wrong birthday. This is very frustrating and I was just wondering if this has ever happened to anybody else and if it ever got fixed. The account is not legit but it also does not appear to have been frozen.

 

The only time I've ever had it say that was when the birthday was actually wrong. Search the username in the neopets search box and see if it comes up. If it does, see when the last login date is and see if that matches up to the last time you logged in. If it doesn't, more than likely the original owner has regained the account.

If it doesn't come up in the search box, the account had been frozen

 

Thanks. I'm pretty sure the original user didn't regain the account, since I bought it from someone here.

It's also not frozen and no one has been using it. I guess I will try birthdays around the date a have written down. Thanks for the advice.

 

Maybe you have been IP banned?

Yeah.. unfortunately, I actually /did/ put in fake birthdays. :/ Oh well..

 

Same here, they say the only way I can get back in is to brute force it. I have 3 mill np in there Im not about to loose all that, its liegit.
