    Aren't only Mods able to modify topic titles, and maybe the author?

    Yes, all it is is a warning for dial up users. No harm done and nothing personal...

    Sometimes pictures take quite a long time to load and slows or freezes the computer. Happened to me a lot when I had dial-up.
