    vb6 you would need to use download torrent.

    vb.net 2008 express you can download free from microsoft, just google it

    You could find ebooks for vb.net on any warez site. Thats what i did when I was learning.

    A torrent is a file that connects two people. Its a way of getting free files like Games, Movies, Music, and in this case an application(?).
