Hi, I just joined the sight... I am a member on some other boards and you are required to have a certain number of posts to use downloads.. How does that work on this sight.. do I need to complete requirements b4 I download prgms or not?? Once again Hello to everyone!

pretty much yes, but you need to trade points/cash for the program you want. I'm trying to get an autobuyer so I need to be very active. Oh, and welcome to the site!
