    and what is up with the cash?

    Well, you'll get a level up according to your number of posts, but please, don't spam.
    The cash is for the downloads, every program needs X cash for you download it :)

    Thanks and two more questions how do you get a signature or what ever you call it below what you write and how many posts do you have to post before you level up?

    Just in the configuration of your profile.
    And you can get Level 1 with 40 posts.

I just recieved my level 1 status upon reaching 40 posts. :) You will find that if you click on 'View active topics' at the top you will be able to afford the programs you want in no time by replying to the topics that interest you most without the fear of grave digging :)
