Help!!! Generic!Artemis

    McAFee ran a virus scan today (automated). It detected 2 files (shown below). I have no idea what these are so i am basically looking for an explanation, some advice or just some help please :) Any would be greatly appreciated!! *sorry for pc retardedness*

    Information here


    I think (but I'm not sure) it prevents IE downloading patches, automatically closes IE when you go near a virus-protection site, and it's supposed to disable some anti-virus programs.

    I got onto that site no problem... no visible affects. I also tried McAfee and Norton and these also worked fine.
