    HOW can u get those POINTS thing to download programs...?

    Read the rules, they should help you out.
    You have to be an active member of the community - post, but don't spam.
    You get points from that, and when you work your way up and gain levels, then you get even more.

    You can post anywhere you want, as long as it's on topic and relevant to the section, as well as following the rules.

    As for spam corner, we're more tolerant. So go wild, but not too wild
