hey, when i logged onto my account i got this message, what do you think i should do to get it back note: i bought the account off someone who lives in america (i think) and i live in england, so perhaps claim i've moved? Code (Text): WARNING! Don't forget to include your USERNAME and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules. Remember to read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly.
You could try, but m quite sure the reson it was froze was becasue either the buyer or the seller are being watched for selling/buying. Am nto sure there is much you can do and you could be digging your ip into a new hole. Could be best to admit defeat on this one. Also even IF you got it unfozen they would have stripped all the nps and items off it, so is it worth it... Cakle mate, they aint fallen for none of that
maybe you're right it was a 7 1/2 year account though and had about 1 mil nps on it... i just might go with you here
I don't know about saying that you moved... What about saying you were on holiday visiting family in the States. If the account is young enough, you could say you were in the States when you started the account and now you're back home. If you ever buy accounts again, you can't exactly tell them you moved again...
^ It wasn't young. He said the acct is 7 1/2 yrs old lol. Well it might have been weird you know, from the way the previous owner had done things on that account, and how a "new IP" and what not had been in it and did things differently. Even if you say you moved, you know how nuts TNT goes about "proof of ownership" as far as i'm concerned, unless the previous owner knows much and is willing to cooperate, you might not have the proof that TNT needs to give the account back. They might want things like, activation code, pets created, and all those lame things.
yeah, i really don't have enough information the only weird thing was that i have had the account for about 6 months thanks for your help guys -topic locked-
