Help with signature.

im really sorry but i put this in the wrong section of the forum( i meant to put it in general discussion instead of general chitchat) im so sorry

no matter what i do i cant get my signature working can someone please help me? +rep for anyone who can figure out the prob

I see. Underneath the images, there are three "boxes" with html written in them. The third one down SHOULD have the image code needed to put your signature into your profile.

It'll look like this:


Just highlight it, push CTRL + C

Then go to your profile and paste it (CTRL + V) into the appropriate slot.

Save your profile and it /should/ work.

My signature is saved to Photobucket and I gave you the exact steps I took for my signature. And mine is working fine.

ok... first i tried this one [I*G]http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u311/billy_bob_joe54321/sig3.jpg[/I*G] ( the * is the m img i just wanted to show you the code if i didnt it would show the picture) but i noticed that it was a little too big for the signatures required size, so i made it smaller and now im using [I*G]http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u311/billy_bob_joe54321/sigsmall.jpg[/I*G] thanks for all your help

 

Ah. I see.
IMG should be lowercased.
It should work then.

 

when i hit submit it automaticly goes to lowercase

 

It worked for me, so it's not the link. Make sure you're enabling BBCode and such...

For your avatar, you have to post you picture url in the outside link box. It's the last box you can put text in.
