    hey ive been on neopets for a few years and just recently found out about this website. i was wondering how u receive points to get some programs and how u increase ur levels?

    You can obtain an answer for all your questions in the rules of the site, so it would be wise to go read them ^^
    In case you just can't be bothered to do it, you get a point by each post, and you grow to level 1 once you reach 125 posts. When you reach 300, you'll be a level 2. Level 3 spots can only be obtained by applying, and following certain terms in order to do it.
