Didn't they say they were gonna start deleting counts that haven't been logged in for a year or more? Or was it three years?
I think that also applies with frozen accounts, as well. Kind of dumb, but well, I can see the use of it.
I read in an editorial that their policy is to delete accounts inactive for more than 2 years. I have seen accounts inactive less than 2 years still not deleted so maybe its just your luck. Lets see hmm 1 year should be enough b/c its just sitting there.
The tnt does not freeze accounts dead on two years or so. The tnt delete the accounts on random agended days, it not a calander event, its only ever happend 1/2 times since neopets went live. And its called purging XD
They always give you a BS automated response. Be annoying, like me, and call the Premium Hotline [I would lul if you didn't even have premium and you called anyway] and just tell them to put a word in. It got my old account unfrozen many a time.
I had a 3 year account that I left open for about a year and a half. I was taking a short leave of absence from the game. Well when I returned everything was locked up and I too got the same message.
