In order to get the cash necessary to download the various programs on this site you just need to post (any post will get you 1 cash point, unless it's in the introductions or spam forums). Also, all of the downloadable programs on this site seem to be legit to me, although I haven't used any of them. They seem to be good. Also, a lot of the programs can be bought using real money, I believe, if you want to forego the whole posting to get cash points thing.
