No. You can purchase points to purchase all downloads with a debit card, but you can't buy from other users with a debit card. Most other users require paypal as payment. Once you sign up for paypal, you can link it to your bank account (instruction on the site), and then you can pay with the money on your debit card.

 

i'm not sure about this, but i think you can gain black market access by buying AU (well...at least it was true at one point)

 

oooohh ok richy one more thing! i can sign up with paypal using my debit card correct? like instead of using credit card i can use my debit for paypal?

 

You can buy neopoints with paypal, but it's through other users - not the site
