I know huh! Lol, well, I already downloaded some stuff, but none of it is working. :roll: I'm trying to get help, but I can't find any.

Well, as soon as I try to open it, I get an error message for the Igloo AB and for the Avie Grabber. I tried redownloading both bunches of times,but it still doesn't work.

 

try downloading the .NET framework before you start using the programs

Mexi, welcome to the site! If you're having problems with the programs, be sure you've downloaded everything here. If you're still having problems, there's a thread for every program in the Neopets Program forum. Read through that and try to find the solution your problem.
